Sales & Marketing

Our Design Consultants have with years of experience in the industry.  But, that’s not enough for our requirements. They must also go through 3 weeks of intense training in our offices and in the field, and then pass multiple exams in order to be hired as a Paradise Rooms Design Consultant. Our Design Consultants come to your home prepared to design a room just for you, They will show you photos of our projects, and give you pricing for your specific room. They will explain the installation process and share financing options with you.

Finance

Our Credit Team has relationships with multiple lenders so that you can choose a loan product that meets your specific needs. We place home equity loans and consolidations with multiple lenders, at competitive rates and when possible,we offer “at home” loan closings for your convenience. We will always try to find a creative financing option that fits within your budget.

Engineering

The Engineering Team produces all of the CAD drawings used for construction and permit purposes.  They design and certify rooms, decks and foundations to meet building code requirements for more than 150 different municipalities.

Installation

The Installation Team is the best you’ll find. They are responsible for installing your room in a timely manner. Once your building permit is approved, this Team gets to work on your room.  You’ll see installers, concrete workers, electrical engineers, carpenters and more at the work site – all with one goal and that is to provide you with the highest quality installation in the industry.

Customer Service

Our Customer Service Team is devoted to meeting your needs. They inform you at each step of your job, they schedule all the trades and handle all warranty claims.
